Job description / Role
Our client is currently seeking a Plant Supervisor to join their organisation in Oman. This position will be reporting directly to the Production Supervisor / Operations Manager.
Will be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety compliance, smooth production and supply of concrete as well as maintenance of a plant. In addition, he will be supervising concrete batching, dispatching and supply processes; ensuring maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment and all vehicles; ensuring safe working practices are followed in the work area.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the HSE field.
- Leadership ability
- Customer service mindset
- Able to manage and develop subordinates
