Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Update and review progress measurement system to identify project deliverable, milestones, and targets to determine staffing requirements and allotment of resources to project phases.
- Ensure delivery of the Project Master Schedule / Construction Management Plan, including the identification of emerging issues and the recommended corrective action plans.
- Develop performance measurement parameters to support the project management team in ensuring on time and within budget completion of their respective scopes.
- Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor contractor work output against agreed work package KPIs, challenge inefficiency and recommend improved targets based on historical performance.
- Identify variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the Project Management Team.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications for this position is university degree in Engineering / Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in project controls, planning and scheduling; out of which 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Professional certification is an advantage, including:
- Project Management Professional – Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Master’s degree in Construction Management
- Knowledge of engineering, construction techniques customarily acquired by hands on experience.
- Working knowledge of:
- Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Scheduling
- Primavera Risk Analysis and (at)Risk,
- Enterprise Resource Planning platforms such as Oracle & System Application Program

Skills:
- Proficiency in M/S Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reporting and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making ability.
