Procurement Assistant

Job description / Role

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain up to date and precise records of orders, shipments, inventory, deliveries and other reports
• Assist in researching for new vendors
• Follow up with suppliers for confirmation of orders
• Follow up with suppliers for confirmation of delivery
• Place standard orders that do not require client approval
• Perform administrative assistant work

Salary:
OMR 200 to 300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Essential:
• 3+ years in clerk role
• 1+ years current GCC experience
• Good English communications skills - written & spoken
• Expert in Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, Visio)
• ERP systems experience.
