Key Responsibilities
Execute Procurement Activities:
• Execute procurement activities for materials, services, and contracts to provide effective and efficient services meeting the company's needs and ongoing projects, as well as departmental sourcing needs.

Primary Duties:
• Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in the description of material and equipment.
• Review quotations received from vendors and suppliers based on identified technical and commercial specifications.
• Participate in vendor identification by researching product availability and creating vendor lists.
• Prepare project-specific Terms & Conditions of Purchase in consultation with the commercial department.
• Issue requests for quotations to vendors to procure goods or services in compliance with procurement procedures.
• Evaluate commercial bids and conclude all terms & conditions with vendors.
• Update and issue Inquiry Status Log, Bid Clarifications Request Log.
• Prepare bid tabs and perform pricing analysis, recommending contract awards resulting in the best value procurement.
• Issue Purchase Orders incorporating the agreed order terms & conditions.
• Manage day-to-day interaction with vendors and monitor vendor performance after project completion.
• Ensure a clean Purchase Order is secured from successful vendors prior to takeover by expediting.
• Maintain awareness of new trends and proactively stay apprised of new products.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain productivity measurements.

Requirements

Perform Any Related Duties:
• Perform any related duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Project procurement within an EPC/Oil & Gas environment.
• Additional knowledge/qualifications in Materials Management, International Trade, and Shipping/Logistics.
