Job description / Role
Project Administrator resource for a client in Oman.
- Deliver messages and run errands.
- Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
- Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms through required applications such as Livelink.
- Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents,use Computers and Typewriters.
- Count, weigh, measure, and/or organize materials. For storage,/transportation to Customer.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Schedule meetings , Log Minutes of Meetings and distribute to stakeholders.
- Make travel and Visa arrangements for office personnel.
Requirements
Freight Forwarding and Logistics experience; daily interaction with the Customer, problem solving, coordinating the constant flow of outgoing and incoming shipments.
Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled, monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve customer care standards.
Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems.
