Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing the Main Contractor for an all new inclusive Design & Build 5* Resort about to begin construction.
The resort will include over 600 villas and apartments as well as 100 hotel rooms.
State of the art facilities including leisure, waterpark, retail and food & beverage will be constructed.
In line with the demands of the project Guildhall is currently seeking to identify a Project Manager for this flagship development.
Requirements
- 20 years postgraduate experience (Civil Engineer).
- Experience of 5* Resorts including Infrastructure and MEP.
- Design & Build experience.
- Knowledge of relevant governmental authorities and municipalities.
