Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible of developing the postpaid vision and proposition roadmap in order to achieve the postpaid monthly and yearly AOP numbers, quantitatively analyse results to drive postpaid direction and strategy, working with insights gathered from a number of sources to lead innovation; Assist in process of NPD to ensure that:
- Current products, services and propositions remain relevant and revenue generating
- New revenue opportunities from new innovation are identified, assessed and brought into service

Development of retail propositions which resonate with the target customers and hit the KPI’s as specified in Business Cases and strategy documentation, creation of marcomms briefs and approval of marcomms plans which effectively communicate the propositions through the correct channels, assisting the Head of High Value Segment to define and develop the marketing roadmap and lead the go to market that ensures that data penetration within the HV segment exceeds the targets as defined in the yearly AOP, developing device led propositions to drive smart device adoption within the segment which leads to increased data penetration and consumption, working alongside the CVM team to convert non data users to data users >50mb per month, assisting the Head of High Value in attaining and maintaining region wise customer market share leadership and developing and maintaining a region wide focus by coordinating with regional sales teams by scanning the market for opportunities for the segment.

Requirements

You should have 4 years overall marketing experience preferably in telecommunications or closely related industry with minimum of 2 years experience in a proposition and product lifecycle development, significant knowledge of the high value segment, postpaid and its relevant drivers, understanding of finance, statistics and analytics, ability to understand the market through sophisticated analysis, ability to translate the analysis into easily digestible communications and presentations with degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field.
