Quality Controller

Job description / Role

Your role will be to ensure the implementation of approved quality control processes in the production and installation facility to ensure quality product is manufactured and installed.

Works closely with the Joinery Factory to achieve high quality of works and output on joinery, false ceiling, wardrobe and kitchen cabinet manufacture & installation.
- To recommend actions to correct observed quality deficiencies.
- Review product submittals against specifications.
- Review & approval of all associated suppliers issued quality assurance control documentation, problem solving of field inspection non-conformances and deviations from suppliers during inspection life cycle.

Requirements

Well experienced in furniture manufacturing knows QC parameters, must have skills in material checking ie. Wood, mdf, finishing materials.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years experience in QA/QC for Joinery Production & Fit-out Projects.
- Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and working experience with Auto-cad and Primavera
- Must be well versed in applicable International Codes, Standards and Specifications of construction and maintenance/refurbishment.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills.
- Dynamic, independent and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English skills required.
- Previous Middle East experience preferred.
