Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
A group of companies specializing in Construction and Engineering, Product Sales and Support Services providing different business solutions within GCC.

Job Role:
- Handle the Villa requirements (Cooks, Maids, Nanny for kids, Nurses, Cleaners, Drivers, House managers, etc.)
- Work closely with the Villa Management or directly with owners for requirement headcounts
- Posting job ads for hunting locally available candidates to fill in job openings
- Conduct interviews, scan CVs, check background references, and update applicants
- Work with overseas partner agencies as needed
- Create job Offer letters and complete necessary onboarding documents as needed
- Coordinate with the HR team as needed, for the Villa requirements

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science or any relevant field
- With at least 3 years’ experience handling the recruitment process in villas or private assignments
- Excellent recruitment and admin skills
- Must have good judgment and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
