Rental Supervisor - FAMCO - Al-Futtaim - Oman

A very critical position, as the customer satisfaction begins here. The best candidate should be able to handle a variety of tasks in a very busy environment. In this position, you will be responsible for the pre-delivery documentation on checking and verification of the asset, periodic visits and inspection of the rentals, post-delivery checking and reports, customer billing, stocks and maintenance in the showroom, inventory controls, etc.

The rental business needs continuous follow up and is critical for our fleet, as it is an asset for the business that generate profit during its working life, and at the time of rolling out. The position will supervise the rentals and improve the company's image to set customer satisfaction standards and identify, review and follow up lost clientele and achieve brand loyalty. The position will report to the Operations Manager - Rental & Used Equipment team and will have 2 direct reports.

Requirements

You will be an Omani with Secondary School certificate and Omani driving license. You will possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English with 2 - 3 years of machinery service or product support experience. You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage quickly changing priorities and manage price, time and customer needs.

You will be dynamic, trust-worthy, team-oriented and self-starter with a professional attitude.
