Employment: Full Time

Resource Allocator Base Maintenance Section (For Omanis)
- Assist the MEO to map available resources to accomplish all the tasks.
- Forecast and plan all the training requirements effectively to ensure that there is no shortage of resources for operations.
- Chart an annual leave plan for the shift ensuring resource availability in terms of different aircraft type approval holders.
- Update all roster changes - adjustments in OTL as required for operations.
- Effectively coordinate and plan resource utilization with MEO to minimize the overtime requirements.
- Process all Overtime statements for necessary approval and updating in OTL.
- Initiate and follow up all duty travel process related to the shift staff.
- Monitor the planned tasks for the shift in coordination with MEO and track the accomplishment status.
- Prepare a daily shift accomplishment report and update MEO regarding all Deferred - Pending tasks for handing over to next shift.
- In coordination with the progress chaser, ensure that all spares and materials as required for all planned task are made available.
- Maintain records of all approval holders details and expiry dates. Follow up with staff to ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain record of all staff as Airport Pass, Visa, ADP expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Ensure that all vehicles used have valid Permits and Gate pass.
- Assist in submitting incident reports for vehicles in case of any damages for insurance claims in coordination with respective staff.
- Prepare monthly activity report for all the tasks accomplished

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
- Or Two years college Diploma in related discipline with 02 years of work experience in Technical & administrative trade.
- Or Specialized certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 06 years of WY Aviation experience in similar functions.
- Qualification in Aviation Technical course would be an advantage
