Employment: Full Time

Sales Assistants (x4) - Marks & Spencer - Al-Futtaim - Muscat, Oman

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining highest sales floor standards in customer service, product displays & visual merchandising. You will attend to customers in a positive manner and enhance the customer experience resulting in sales.

You will actively participate in and attend all daily store briefings, meetings and other related functions. You will meet or exceed your targets and fully adhere to company policies & operating procedures. You will create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhere to dress code.

The position based in the Marks & Spencer Muscat showroom will report to the Store Manager.

Requirements

You will be a secondary school or equivalent qualified Omani national with 1 - 2 years of retail sales experience. You will possess positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, punctuality and good presentation and personal organisation.

You will have an eye for fashion trends and be comfortable to work in shifts. A passion for the retail industry and ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours is desired.
