Job description / Role
A Developer require a Sales Manager to join the team in Muscat. The successful candidate will manage and direct the sales activities of all residential units and other products within the the project during the pre-operational stage and develop and implement a sales strategy in collaboration with relevant senior management.
Duties include:
- Manage the Sales team, report on operational performance, streamline processes and systems wherever possible and advise senior management on how to maximize business relationships
- Contribute to developing a sales strategy with budgets to identify potential customers in the sales zone and manage the sales team accordingly to meet agreed targets within agreed guidelines
- Lead, direct and oversee the sales team towards ensuring proper execution of sales plans and achieving the sales targets
- Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness of products/units in specific markets/segments
- Oversee all incoming enquiries, including all activities of Sales and Site showrooms and distributing work accordingly to the Sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- A proven track record of managing residential/unit sales on large scale developments
- 7 years of experience in Sales Management for a Developer
- Enterprise software solutions such as CRM
- Customer and market dynamics
- Marketing data analytics
- Applications from Omani national are encouraged
