Sales Specialist - Muscat, Oman
Sales Representative of the EMD Core product range, covering the Omani market.
Objective is improved market penetration, increased End-user focus and customer engagement.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the EMD Core market potential, through the work with End-Users and identified Key Accounts to ensure sustainable business growth, and increased market penetration.
- Work with Key Accounts in the Industrial, Utility, and Oil & Gas Business to increase the client’s Electrical Products awareness, introduce client’s technology, and identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with Energy Key Account Leader on approval requirements, project hopper generation, update, follow up, and conversion.
- Work with the sales teams of the partners to ensure proper coverage of the market place, and end-user close follow up.
- Implement and actively engage in the execution of the market approach projects run by the division marketing and management team.
- Identify potential partners for distribution of Products.
- Commitment to the objectives and Sales targets assigned by the division.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Electrical Products and Solutions for LV & MV.
- Electrical Applications know-how.
- Knowledge of O&G facilities and operation/Maintenance operations
- Knowledge of the utility processes, approvals requirements, and networks
Prior work experience required:
- Regional Sales work with various electrical products, working with Utilities, O&G, and Channel Partners
