Job description / Role

Reporting line to Financial Controller

- Prepares and analyzes monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Accounting for the sales & collections, follow up for the timely collections from all the customers.
- Reconciliation of the receivables with the customer statements.
- Preparation of the sales report and detailed analysis of the sales on daily basis for management information and decision making.
- Comparison of the actual sales with the budgeted sales, detailed report on a daily basis for the sales management use- date wise, channel wise, product wise, salesman wise for daily, monthly financial analysis.
- Ensuring that the sales revenue is updated in the ERP on regular basis and accuracy of the data.
- Vendor payments and credit management,
- Customer, vendor & Bank dealings.
- Opening of import/export LC
- Reconciliation of crushed materials
- Stores and inventory control
- Transport management and control
- Complete understanding of Letter of credit activities
- Identify and resolve the ERP issues relating Data Entry and reports.
- Document controller for various agreements/legal/financial.
- Inter division reconciliation.
- Liaise with External and Internal auditors.

Joining time frame: 1st week of December 2015

Requirements

- Qualified or Part Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA
- B.com/M.Com/MBA Finance from reputable recognized institution,
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Construction/Mining/logistics.
- Good MS Office and ERP skills
- Audit Experience with top 10 audit firms is strongly desired.

Relevant Industry: Manufacturing/Construction/Mining /logistics.

Other Required Skills:
- Smart presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- English interpersonal communication skill are essential.

Specialist/Essentials:
- Strong grip on International Accounting & Auditing Standards,
- Able to implement ERP systems
- Able to prepare books of accounts for audit purposes (with remote supervision)
- Budgeting & forecasting, monitoring of branch operations follow up for debt collection, accounting, financial analysis,
