Job description / Role
Working for a Water company, based in Oman. The candidate is expected to provide discipline expertise in the area of civil engineering for different aspects of asset management in the asset lifecycle including development and review of technical documents, formulation and update of standard civil specifications, selection of equipment, value engineering, audits, review change requests and inspections, in compliance with defined standards and specifications.
This role is also responsible for assisting project engineers to accomplish engineering design and resolve technical issues, in order to ensure that all projects are executed according to standard specifications and requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 9 – 12 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in civil construction related to water/ waste water processes design and construction is essential
- Prior experience in building civil specifications related to waste water projects
- Prior experience in waste water processes design and construction
