Job description / Role
You will be responsible of resolving all the incoming BMC TTs to ensure over all smooth operation of the related systems, monitoring the performance of the applications and takes appropriate action if any performance degradation, monitoring the performance of the applications and takes appropriate action if any performance degradation, maintaining IT systems and performs quality & health checks regularly, identifying and resolving problems, or forwarding to the relevant person/department if in a different scope, undertaking the closure of incidents within the agreed SLA’s/OLA’s, planing and prioriting own time to ensure all Accountabilities are managed effectively, following and adhering to all processes within the section and undertaking the analyses for new requirements for small CRs, and preparing and sharing development plans with the relevant stakeholders .
Requirements
You should have minimum 6 years’ experience in the IT field with bachelor degree in computer science & professional certificate (MS/Oracle).
