Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible of providing guidance on CRM to the entire business marketing team as an advocate and subject matter expert, developing programs including clear objectives, business requirements, segmented offers, business cases, execution plans and identification of critical success factors for both SME and corporate segments, identifying the critical moments in the business customer journey that can be leveraged to improve overall customer satisfaction and the B2B customer experience, thereby improving revenue and retention targets, defining a scorecard for B2B churn and retention, working with the existing systems to get regular, effective insights into B2B customer product usage trends, delivering timely post mortem analysis (ROI) of campaign results with a view to refining programs in real time to improve efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and tracking market retention trends in major areas (e.g. mobile/fixed, internet, data and voice services) using external or internal data sources.

This involves market research and pricing analysis to understand the segments needs and behaviours and working with both product and segment teams where necessary to extend and develop new retention and cross/upsell solutions for B2B customers. Eg. Loyalty programmes.

Requirements

You should have a bachelor degree in commercial, IT or Telecom with 8+ years of working experience, 5 years total progressive experience in marketing and business management positions of this we would be hoping for 2 yrs+ CRM/CVM experience.

Skills Required:
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and telcom products.
- Superior analytical skills and ability to synthesise data.
- Proven project management skills with experience in creating and delivering major, complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience with developing innovative customer contact programs based on customer insight and quantitative analysis.
- Experience using analytical tools (Excel, MS Access, etc.) and the ability to provide frameworks for others to provide meaningful insight.
- Flexible.
- Team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise work activities.
- Takes ownership, initiative, shows sense of urgency and is self-directed.
- Structured approach in managing parallel tasks and decision making.
- Detail and quality oriented.
- Good Communications Skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills a plus.
- Good MS Office Skills.
