Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role: Provides planning and contract-related administrative and general support services, handles sensitive information. Monitors the performance and expenditures of the department.

Deliverables:
- Develops the scope of work for contract tenders to ensure the achievement of goals
- Establishes and monitors contracts, administrative documents, as well as procedures in order to maximize efficiency and minimize losses.
- Maintains and presents a good image of the organization to the public
- Establishes administrative strategies to achieve desired objectives
- Recommends positive changes on contracting terms and conditions for the benefit of the company
- Builds and maintains healthy relationship with vendors in order to attain goals
- Monitors the performance of contractors and motivates them to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services

- Follows all due payments to ensure timely processing.
- Follows up with Purchasing Contracts and Inventory (PCI) on all procedures.
- Provides contract-related information to Tender Board to ensure appropriate evaluation.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications for this position is University Degree in Administration or similar
- Minimum years of relevant experience are 2 to 4 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of contracting terms and condition.
- Experience in supervisory.
