Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Planning Manager/Planning Manager to join their well established organisation.
In this position you will be required to manage and support the planning team with the following tasks:
- Manage and review the preparation of daily / weekly / monthly progress reports
- Must be able to map out strategies that fit the details of the project, and at the same time understand how each step fits into the bigger picture.
- Identify any potential delays and recommended strategies to avoid delays
- Analysis of existing project delays and assessment of potential claims
- Ensure mutual understanding of planning package deliverables
- Review the Contractor’s resource and cost loaded Construction Program with critical path analysis for carrying out the Works.
- Assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer with review of Contractor’s Construction and Logistics Plan.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and review budget.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience. Ideally Our client is looking for single status candidates as accommodation is provided. Due to visa restrictions for this the role is open to Indian, Pakistani and Filipino Nationals firstly - other nationalities will be considered but the process may take slightly longer.
