Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The position is required to provide full technical safety support to all OQGN ongoing projects and manage in-house technical safety requirements as followed:
- Involve in all ongoing OQGN projects and participate in all phase's aspects including the workshops and documentation
- Review and approve the TSE documents under the project phase and provide comments on other related documents.
- Provide advice and guidance to the project on the appropriate risk mitigation measures required for operational and integrity-related Technical/Process Safety issues.
- Develop, review, and update the relevant safety standards and philosophies
- Provide guidance, development, and learning plans to other process safety engineers in OQGN.
Requirements
Qualification:
- University graduate in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Fire, Safety)
- Minimum 7 years' experience on technical safety
- Knowledge of Physical Effects Modelling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, Fire and Gas modeling.
- Able to facilitate Safety Cal safety Engineering workshops. These may include HAZID, Bow-Ties, ALARP, HAZOP
- Experience with previous OQGN projects.
- University graduate in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Fire, Safety)
