Senior Project Engineer -Only Omani Nationals to be consider

The Sr. Project Engineer will be responsible to support Project Lead in managing Large size FEED and DD and manage medium to large size FEED and DD under guidance from the Project Lead. The main accountabilities include:
- Manage all project engineering activities to ensure compliance with the relevant project management processes and procedure during FEED and Detail Design.
- Control and delivery of assigned Projects with due governance from the Project Lead
- Create demonstrable value for customers by understanding their drivers and success factors
- Provide effective interfaces and relationships within / between disciplines, and Customers Project Team

Interfaces with peers in other projects team is always managed by project team
- Participate in key engineering and design reviews
- Contribute to the development of execution contracting strategies that compliment
- designs, construction methods and operating methods along with Project team.
- Approve Scope of Work for Third Party Services
- Remain engaged in design issues and decisions throughout design, construction, commissioning and start up phases.
- Participate in internal and external learning sessions organized by QMS.
- Deliver continuously improving performance, benchmarked as top tier in the industry

Requirements

Experience and Qualification Required
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years in FEED/ENGINEERING and Minimum 10 years in oil & gas Experience
- Experience in executing at least one major Front End Engineering Design work for one major project and one small Detailed Design involving multi discipline work preferred.
- Working and delivering in a multi-cultural environment
