Senior Rotating Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job description / Role

- Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown and Turnaround maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Ensure that the quality of repairs and overhauls are as per the standard maintenance procedures and maintenance manuals
- Record and update equipment history as per standard maintenance procedure.
- Adhere and follow permit to work system in ensuring safe work environment.
- To review spares inventory for rotating equipment ensuring that optimum levels are maintained and to order replacement to perform maintenance activities.
- To support planning engineer with preparation of scheduled Maintenance of rotating equipment, effective history and record keeping of the rotating equipment and to utilize such records to plan proper replacement of aged parts.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years’ experience in Refineries, Petrochemical, fertilizer etc .
- Extensive experience working on large rotating equipment like Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Gas Turbines, Pumps, Dry and Wet Seals and Sealing system, and basic Condition Monitoring.
