Senior Sales Executive - Air Conditioning Projects - OMASCO - Muscat - Oman

The objective of this position is to generate enquiries and convert it into deals; support estimation of DX air conditioning projects including selection of HVAC products. You will grow revenue from each client and build a balanced portfolio of clients across industries and geographies to de-risk revenue growth; identify and develop new markets and client opportunities, track competitors and their strategies and build on the Company’s market share in each product and deliver sales efficiencies by maximizing revenue per client and deal size.

The position will report to the Sales Manager and will be part of the Air Conditioning & Projects division of the Retail, Engineering & Distribution team of OMASCO.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an Omani national and will have 4 - 6 years of experience preferably in HVAC. You will be conversant in selling skills, competition analysis and benchmarking and familiar with assessment of barriers to entry. Excellent good customer relationship management, negotiation and proposal making skills along with data and trend analysis will enable you to be successful in this role. Gulf experience together with valid Omani driving licence is preferred.

You will be a Graduate preferably in Engineering. You will be well versed with MS Office & Windows applications.
