Senior Sales Executive - Music Sales & Services - OMASCO - Oman

The main objective of the position is to achieve sales & collection targets through Key Accounts Management / Dealers, modern retail, tender business through Ministries and Institutions. The position is responsible for achieving targeted sales of Musical Instruments, Pro-Audio products and AV products through designated Hyper Markets and Channel Partners/Music Resellers/Government organizations; collection of receivables; expand dealer network/modern retail and prospecting at Ministries; maintain sales records / MIS; negotiate promotions at the hyper markets, workshops at Ministries; ensure proper visibility of products at shop floor; review sales performance vis a vis annual contracts; negotiate contracts and maintain market share of company's products; handle tender business - submission of quotes, follow-up and procure orders, etc.

The position will report to the Business Development Manager and will be part of the Music Sales & Services division of the Retail, Engineering & Distribution team of OMASCO.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an Omani national with more than 4 years experience in Key Accounts management in musical instruments/AV or durable industry. Good experience working with ministries, knowledge of musical instruments, competition analysis and benchmarking, debtors management, along with excellent negotiation and proposal making skills and data and trend analysis will help you to be successful in this role. Valid Omani driving licence is a must.

You will be a Graduate in any discipline and will be well versed with MS Office applications especially Word and Excel. Post Graduation in Marketing / Business Administration is preferred.
