Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Act as facilitator in developing organizational competence across all departments and job functions through gap analysis, promoting the IDP process with Managers and participation in employee selection for Educational Development Programs.
- Conducts Individual Development Plan (IDP) awareness sessions and facilitates the process of establishing them with all departments
- Guide Specialist to use the correct competence assessment methodologies within departments to identify gaps and know how to close them
- Design departmental related competence dictionaries and support Specialist to select the correct competency profile for each job
- Review identified departmental training needs and gap analysis in conjunction with Specialist and suggest appropriate training interventions
- Design career paths for potential successors in the succession plan
- Facilitate Learning & Development workshops by developing selection process to select eligible staff which the business benefits most from developing
- Construct talent pipelines for critical roles in departments by applying succession planning strategy
- Propose and identify career path for the critical positions
- Support Education Development Program (EDP) and Receive applications.

Requirements

- Degree in HR/Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge gained within a CIPD Development Curriculum preferable
- Knowledge of competency dictionaries and frameworks desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office
