Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and control all areas under jurisdiction to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective services.
- Identify and suggest the improvements and/or modifications to routine administrative procedures in order to ensure the highest standards of administrative support to business activities.
- Monitor and maintain services in line with the principles of Best Practise, Best Value, and System Thinking Principles
- Deliver high quality cost effective services in terms of Health, Safety, security and environment.
- Monitor the work performance of Service Contractors.
- Participate in developing the scope of work for minor contracts.
- Develop and maintain a continuous communication with all stakeholders to simplify the work related to the department.
- Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet ORPIC / department requirements, policies and standards.
- Prepare/update Admin Service assets list, such as furniture, major stationary items, display material, etc.
- Assign, review and asses the work of subordinates

Requirements

- Minimum qualification required is a University Engineering degree.
- Minimum experience required is 3 – 5 years within the administrative function preferably within a similar industry.
