Site Manager

Job description / Role

• Plan, schedule and manage entire Contractor's service organisation in the interior.
• This includes work activities/schedules and staff working/leave plans
• Ensure all injection skids are having sufficient chemical and do not run dry before scheduled next delivery.
• Report all shortfalls to Senior Service Engineer
• Perform as focal point in SAP management of contract for his area.
• Manage HSE aspects of all field activities associated with this contract as per Section C9, HSE Specifications
• He shall contribute in the monthly basis Safety Reports as detailed in the Procedures for Contractors.
• Manage activities of Maintenance crews and Field Chemist crews in the field
• He shall produce daily/weekly reports to CSRs and contribute to monthly /annual reports

Work Schedule
• 28/28 days (28 days ON & 28 days OFF)

Requirements

Candidate Nationality:
• Any but Omani are preferable

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years managing/planning/HSE related experience in the Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industries, preferably within an Operation and Maintenance environment.
• Experience working with SAP or similar planning system is also required for this position (3 years work experience shall be acceptable for Omani nationals).
