Job description / Role
- Ensuring Proactive, effective, efficient & user –friendly trainees management services.
- Looking after Orpic new intake of Trainees in Orpic plants during customized training.
- Coordinating with the departments for the implementation and effective delivery of the trainees’ development plans.
- Following- up/ monitoring all classroom training plans and Trainees’ On Job Training (OJT).
- Participating in interviews and selection of new trainers discipline wise.
- Develops courses and programs to fulfill requirements of the company, to ensure adequately trained and skilled Trainees.
- Monitors and observes all fire and safety regulations at the training center and the upkeep of workshops, lecture rooms and offices.
- Produce a monthly trainees progress reports and ensure revision and accuracy.
- Monitors effectiveness of training progress by getting feedback on Trainees from the departments.
- Managing and updating the database of Trainees records that are required to generate various reports requested.
