Sr. Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading Service Provider in Oman is currently seeking Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis. The successful candidate will provide support and improvement to the organization short term and long-term targets. Also, to aid the Finance Controller, CFO, and management by providing accurate financial data.

Key roles & responsibilities:
• Timely submission of Annual Operating Plan, Strat plan, and forecasting.
• Facilitate the development of an effective business strategy.
• Provide accurate business evaluation and analysis of current revenues, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the senior management with FP&A, Financial Control, yearend estimates, and Quarterly reviews.
• Responsible for company’s CAPEX development
• Training and Leading
• Team supervision and development

Requirements

Qualifications and Competencies:
• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance or MBA (Finance)
• ACMA/ACA/ACCA certification (highly preferrable)
• ERP or CRM systems experience (Oracle or SAP or MS CRM)
• Strong financial planning and project management experience
• Experience in leading, managing and growing a commercial organization in a complex matrix, multi-cultural organization.
