Supervisor - Rotating Equipment Maintenance

Job description / Role

Basic Function: To execute, coordinate and support the activities related to the scheduled, breakdown, turnaround maintenance related to rotating equipment in all plants within the company.

Tasks, Duties and Accountabilities:
- To lead and coordinate team in ensuring Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown and Turnaround maintenance of rotating equipment .
- To ensure that the quality of repairs and overhauls are as per the standard maintenance procedures and maintenance manuals
- To ensure that equipment history is updated in SAP.
- To perform initial troubleshooting related to Rotating equipments.
- To review and ensure availability of spares related to rotating equipments.
- To ensure availability of spares to working team.
- Perform JSA and Adhere and follow permit to work system in ensuring safe work environment.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Refineries, Petrochemical, fertilizer etc .
- Extensive experience working on large rotating equipment like Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Gas Turbines, Pumps, Dry and Wet Seals and Sealing system, and Condition Monitoring.
