Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Proactive, effective, efficient and user-friendly training center support services
2. Internal and external logistics services that help line managers achieve their training and development objectives
3. Strategic relationships with technical institutions and universities
4. Strategic relationships with training vendors and training institutions
5. Consolidated training services analysis, decision support and facilitate the execution of all training plans.
6. Distributing and monitoring of training budget Document and Provide forecast of budget expenditures and follow up.
7. Monitors effectiveness of training interventions by getting feedback from the departments.
8. Monitor the training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
9. Facilitate the execution of all training plans and periodically, evaluate training effectiveness, coordinate, schedule and coordinate facilitation of business and technical training for new hires and current employees.
10. Managing and updating the database of Training records that are required to generate various reports requested.
11. Handles related tasks as assigned and support on the issues related to the Training center business

• Demonstrated non-authoritative ability to influence peers & senior managers.
• Proven effectiveness in role requiring stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• Self-awareness of personal strengths, development needs and impact on others
