Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and control all areas under jurisdiction to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective services.
- Plans the activities of the Public Relation and Transportation services to operate within the set budget.
- Strive to bring out the available resources within the budgetary allocated in order to provide strong support to achieve the organization goals.
- Deliver high quality cost effective services in terms of Health, Safety, security and environment.
- Preparation of annual operating Budgets and Capital Budgets in coordination with Administration Manager for the Public Relation and Transportation Sections.
- Controls Expenditures and costs of operation within the Public Relation and Transportation Services section.
- Develop and maintain a continuous communication with all stakeholders to simplify the work related to the department.
- Implement the section strategy in line with the department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies across the department.

- Plan, Organize and manage team and their day-to-day activities, and prioritize workload to ensure procedures are implemented and standards are maintained.
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation/vehicles.
- Monitor transportation spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Direct activities of staff involved ensuring repairs and maintenance to equipment and vehicles are carried out as per the procedure and as per HSE requirements.
- Conduct investigations in cooperation with HSE to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
- Monitor the contract of leased equipment’s/vehicles to ensure fulfilment of the terms of the contract.
- Enlarge a system to save the data into the database, customise to notify the duration of the documents, produce statistics report.
- Monitoring visas, residents and labor cards renewal.
- Facilitate the visas requirements with coordination with other related departments.
- Develop a mentoring system for documentation control.
- Insure all documents are prepared, handled and deposit to related department on time

Requirements

- Minimum qualification required is a University degree in Communication or business Administration
- Minimum experience required is 8 – 10 years within the administrative function preferably within a similar industry.
