Techno Functional Lead

Job description / Role

Our Client is a government owned company formed to plan, execute and operate the wastewater collection, treatment and distribution system in the governorate of Muscat.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review the existing business process maps and update them in line with new business processes as defined through user requirements sessions.
- Identify KPI’s of the processes if applicable.
- Illustrate the logical sequence of activities within each process.
- Provide expert and professional Oracle eAM & SCM support to the business users in ensuring smooth continuity of business operations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the Oracle implementation, whether functional, technical, configuration, security or reporting related.
- Planning, leading and actively participating in design and testing of the eAM & SCM modules/functionality of Oracle’s E-Business Suite
- Plan and design for the data migration from existing systems to the new IUS (Oracle ERP).

Requirements

- Experience of at least 4 cycle of Oracle Apps eAM & SCM implementation – SCM, eAM, Self-service, Asset Tracking
- Experience in Maximo is desirable.
- Experience working in Utilities sector is desirable.
- In Depth R12 Experience is mandatory
- Must have prior experience on eAM & SCM processes flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POC’s and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
- Must have worked on providing eAM & SCM issues resolution and integrating Oracle eAM & SCM modules with 3rd party systems
- Must have Technical experience of eAM & SCM technical architecture.
- Very good understanding of Support life cycle.
- Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
- Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
- Experience in IT service management practices such as ITIL.
