Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for planning and organizing the timing and areas needed to receive the new shipments and preparing their locations to ensure smooth work within the warehouse movement
• The ability to install, coordinate and take appropriate actions against damaged parts in international shipping operations, during warehousing or upon arrival to the customer and to discover damage in cooperation with the Operations Department.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and reporting on the effectiveness of dividing warehouse spaces in storage racks according to the types of goods planned by the Operations Department to reduce wasted areas from misuse of storage shelving areas.

Requirements

• The ability to not speak and write fluently in both English and Arabic.
• The ability to use all Microsoft Office tools with the ability to above average for the purpose of advanced reporting and follow-up work.
• Ability to withstand pressure and teamwork in a fast-interacting environment to determine the most appropriate needs to achieve the company's supposed goals.
• Experience in dealing with supervisors and Employees n special stores and stay delivery operations.
• It is preferable to have experience through previous work in the stores for local Omani or Gulf companies that own agencies for international brands.
• It is preferable to have experience in the field of wooden home furnishings and the world of sleep (mattresses, sheets, pillows, duvets, and all bedroom accessories).
