Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a Workshop / Purchasing Supervisor to join their leading organisation in Oman. This role will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager / Maintenance Team Leader.
The individual will be responsible for ensuring all spare parts purchasing as well as efficient day-to-day supervision of the main workshop and the branch workshop facilities at each production unit and optimizing the workforce performance. In addition, he will be ensuring that the company HSE policies and procedures are implemented.
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Secondary School, Diploma Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2-3 year of work experience on a similar position
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Hindi is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Knowledge of readymix business preferred
