Head of Operations - Fashion - Lahore, Pakistan

Our client, a multi-billion dollar business based in Lahore, Pakistan, is expanding the retail arm of their organisation and is looking for a strong Head of Operations to lead and accelerate the growth of the retail business domestically in Pakistan as well as internationally.

Reporting to the CEO, your primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- Full P&L responsibility for the fashion retail business
- Define and drive the business plan and strategy for this fashion retail brand
- Lead and deliver on the multiple store openings planned for 2015
- Drive store expansion both domestically and internationally
- Develop the structure of the retail team

Requirements

- Track record in growing a retail business and successfully launching stores
- Experience in a high street brand / mid-range fashion brand is preferred
- Experience holding P&L responsibility is preferred
- Strong understanding of the different aspects of retail: operations, supply chain, production, merchandising
