In Sales, you'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelez International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.

Position Purpose Statement:

- Develop and implement the category promotional plan and trade plan within the approved budget ensuring category growth.
- Develop and cascade the sales plan for the category based on accurate sales and distribution forecasts.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Develop an innovative category promotional strategy working closely with brands team using understanding of shopper insights and competitor actions
- Develop and cascade a customized sales plan for each retail environment
- Budget management ensuring trade and promotional plans are executed within approved budgets
- Develop and implement a picture of success for the category for each channel based on thorough understanding of shopper insights and competitive landscape working within approved budgets for the year
- Data analysis to spot gaps and opportunities. Making actionable and innovative plans to leverage these
- Forecasting sales and distribution, based on bottom up estimates
- Bringing in-store innovations to market with speed to capture greater market share
- Deliver GTN budgets
- Review channel performance and adapt plans to changing circumstances
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and execute plans
- Support new product launches through sales plan, POSM and sales events execution

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- Graduate in Marketing, Sales or Business administration
- 3-5 years in Sales/marketing/ category planning/ trade marketing
- Leading innovations from the front and driving excellence in execution
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Deep understanding of shopper insights and competitive landscape
- Handling Complexity, problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
- Business Acumen, good planning and project management skills
