We are now accepting applicants for a major infrastructure development program in the West Bank and Gaza, involving transportation, water supply, wastewater treatment, energy and other facilities components.

The Program Controls Manager/Scheduler supports the technical management of the various construction subprojects from the initiation of construction stage through project completion and maintenance period. The Program Controls Manager/Scheduler is responsible for the following:
- Establish environmental examination procedures and manual for project operations.
- Establish project processes and controls for managing subproject construction and installation.
- Will work with the Document Management Specialist to review and evaluate documents management.
- Will manage program- wide project schedules and subproject implementation plans.
- Estimate and report periodically on key milestones, such as identifying critical path issues, slippage, and earned value.
- Maintain organized records and prepare periodic required reports to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering or a management field from an accredited university.
- 7 years of demonstrated experience setting up and managing large development program-level management control systems including experience in the application of relevant management information systems (MIS) for diverse types of projects.
- Proven team player capable of working with a team of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural specialists.
- Experience with previous USAID programs a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience in West Bank/Gaza preferred.
