Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

- Delivering effective recruitment services through efficient planning and execution of HR processes.
- Assuring compliance of received Personnel Requisitions with the annual headcount plan.
- Assuring that the Job Description for vacancies is aligned with HR guide lines.
- Filling job vacancies by forwarding openings and hiring criteria to applicant sources.
- Managing Ooredoo online recruitment portal including posting vacancies, screening applicants and short listing applicants by identify suitable candidates according to existing procedures, ensuring that candidate's qualifications are aligned with the vacancy requirements.
- Discussing shortlisted applicants with hiring Manager.
- Conducting interviews for shortlisted applicants for entry level Candidates up to Manager Level.
- Analyzing and discussing interview results with hiring Manager to come up with hiring recommendations.
- Following up on the hiring process for selected applicant including reference checks, negotiating job offers, new employee orientation and carrying out all related steps of receiving new employee.
- Liaising, where relevant, with the Ooredoo approved external recruitment agencies to meet manpower needs.
- Developing and maintaining contacts with Universities, alumni groups, and public organizations to find and attract applicants through career days.
- Maintaining professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
- Maintaining strong internal customer relationships with Ooredoo departments.
- Representing the company in all HR events (i.e Employment Fairs, Career Days etc)
- Establishing maintain a good rapport with the internal customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

Skills:

- Good understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
