Accountant

- Analysis of monthly accounts
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Track and monitor revenues and back charge items. Ensure that all revenues as per contracts are being accrued.
- Tax accounting and analysis
- Monthly vessel performance analysis
- FA review, Capex tracking and variance analysis
- Track and monitor debtors to ensure that collections are timely
- Monitoring inventory accounting
- Preparation of monthly schedules and ensure B/S reflects true and fair view
- Supporting the Regional Director, Finance Manager and Corporate office for any information requests
- Preparation and submission of monthly debtors ageing report
- Monthly vessel rates & utilization analysis
- Monthly performance presentation
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Providing and arranging for information's as required by the auditors
- Providing assistance in preparation of budgets
- Reviewing and analyzing budgets/forecasts
- Variance analysis
- AD hoc tasks as required by FM
- Review taxation issues
- Maintenance of tax records

Requirements

- CA, CPA, ACCA or Equivalent
- 3 years (1 year in GCC)

Job Specific Skills:
- Experience of ERP packages and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Generic Skills:
- Good communication skills
