Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Process payroll for Threshold and Threshold clients.
- Maintain payroll general ledger using data provided by Human Resources.
- Assist with developing budgets
- Provide support before and during annual audit.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Maintain fixed asset system.
- Oversee Accounts Payable to include invoice review, coding, approval and ensuring timely payment. Includes management of Threshold’s credit card and all A/P related tax reporting.
- Coordinate with contracted service provider on state registrations, business license renewals.
- Maintain Chart of Accounts for expense-related accounts. Maintain coding documentation outlining types of charges and vendors coded to each account for distribution to Associates.
- Oversee capital budget. Track spending, analyze and report on differences between expected spending and actual.
- Manage and monitor expense data tracked in Services Resource Planning Software. Distribute monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Create and reports as needed by Client Teams and Leadership.
- Maintain and calculate labor rates used in analysis/budgeting/pricing.
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal audit controls
- Good experience in Project Accounting, Reconciliations, Auditing, Banking, Project Reports, Cash Flows, Finalization of Accounts, Year end adjustment entries etc…
- Should be able to tackle with Internal as well as external Auditors

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in Construction and GCC is must.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and recommends solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Knowledgeable of accounting systems
- Detailed-oriented and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates flexibility with changing priorities
- Excellent in Account Package ‘ Tally ERP’ and good exposure in MS Excel, Word etc
- Valid GCC driving license will be an added advantage
