Job description / Role
Accountant - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar
As part of the finance and credit team you will be responsible for ensuring all payments are accurately recorded so customer accounts are always up to date and the sales team has access to the latest receivables information. You will also look after petty cash management, prepare daily cash collection report and account for all bounced cheques.
You will be expected to interact with internal and external customers both face to face and via email/telephone to answer any queries and update the customer of their outstanding. Along with this you will provide support to the sales team for taking new approvals.
Requirements
Ideally you will be educated to degree level with finance/accounting preferred. Previous experience of around 5 years in a similar role would be an advantage.
You should have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of Excel and SAP is advantageous.
