Employment: Full Time

The role of Assistant Operations Manager will involve working closely with the operations manager to ensure the smooth running of a well established hospitality and hotel operations, business.

The role is an excellent opportunity for someone from a hotel and hospitality background with excellent pre, opening, costings, marketing, hotel development and operations experience to take a key role in a hospitality company for this major group of companies. The role will be very closely involved in supporting pre-opening and asset management for new projects. The role will involve managing all operational requirements of assigned properties and other sites as assigned to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of discrete service, comfort and privacy.

The successful candidate will have spent their career in the hospitality and hotel sector and show excellent knowledge through all facets of high end 5 star hospitality and hotel development and management. They will have operations and be prepared to be a hands on manager who will work closely with the operations manager getting involved as much as required to drive the success of the business in all areas.

Requirements

- International Hotel Brand Experience
- Excellent track record operations and development management
- Will have worked for a 5 Star brand previously
- Proven track record of taking leadership roles
- Experience of Successfully launching new hotels – pre-opening, costing and marketing
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the hospitality sector
