Associate Director - Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

Leading International Organisation who is looking for an Associate Director - Commercial Manager to successfully manage a mega mixed use project. The Project will include both infrastructure and build. The role will be to run the project commercially, develop and grow the team and build a strong relationship with the client. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects and successfully managing and growing multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

Associate Director, Commercial manager, managing quantity surveyor or Senior cost consultant keen to take the next step up. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to take the lead role on a major project and successfully manage a large team to support in the smooth and cost effective delivery of the project. Will have ideally have previously delivered major projects from inception to completion. Middle East experience preferred but not essential

* Experience as commercial lead for large projects
* A stable employment history working with international consultants
* Degree qualified in a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree (or relevant RICS accredited degree) with over 10 years experience.
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
* Capable of successfully managing a large team
* Pre and Post Contract experience
* Keen to have a long term career with a leading international organisation
* Ideally holding MRICS Professional Qualification
