Job description / Role
Leading International Organisation who is looking for an Associate Director - Commercial Manager to successfully manage a mega mixed use project. The Project will include both infrastructure and build. The role will be to run the project commercially, develop and grow the team and build a strong relationship with the client.
Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects and successfully managing and growing multi-disciplinary teams.
Requirements
* Experience as commercial lead for large projects
* A stable employment history working with international consultants
* Degree qualified in a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree (or relevant RICS accredited degree) with over 10 years experience.
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
* Capable of successfully managing a large team
* Pre and Post Contract experience
* Keen to have a long term career with a leading international organisation
* Ideally holding MRICS Professional Qualification
