Associate Director Cost and Contracts
Leading International Company is looking for a high cost and contract manager to join them as Associate Director to lead for a major project within the healthcare sector. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects. Candidates will have good contractual experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.
Requirements
The role will suit an MRICS qualified and well experience commercial/contracts manager. Ideally with some Middle East and Healthcare project experience. The candidate will be client facing and have excellent management skills alongside their commercial acumen. The successful candidate will meet all of the criteria above.
* Worked for a recognised international blue consultancy.
* Experience of major projects or multiple smaller projects in a portfolio.
* A stable employment history.
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 15 years post graduate experience.
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
* Strong pre and post contract cost management experience.
* Professionally qualified by RICS.
* Previous healthcare project experience is ideal but not essential.
