Our client is an Executive Education provider who has a new and exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Operations to join their Doha team. This is an integral role where the incumbent will be responsible for the successful delivery of local executive education programs and will lead the shared services function, driving and instilling a culture of continuous improvement, whilst also representing the school in front of clients throughout the program delivery.

This role will work closely with key Stakeholders including the main campus, Academic Directors, Faculty, and course leaders with the successful delivery of programs. You will ensure effective collaboration pre, post and during programs. Leading the back office support function, facility management and IT administration to ensure smooth running of operations to reflect the schools’ standards whilst also streamlining processes and making improvements where necessary. In addition you will lead innovation on curriculum, content, quality and structure in coordination with key stakeholders. You will have financial control of the department budget as well as providing regular detailed and financial reporting. You will ensure cost optimisation and quality standards are met including; monitoring participant feedback and ensure a coherent customer experience which is aligned to the main campus. You will oversee the relocation of new premises ensuring a smooth transition and business continuity, as well as maintain and further develop quality assurance; review and implement guidelines and process and ensure compliance standards and best practices are met.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a masters’ Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience working within the higher or executive education industry (post graduate). You will have outstanding presentation skills and proven experience of leading/managing a team along with excellent project management skills. It is essential you have strong analytical and financial skills having created and presented detailed and complex financial reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required and French and/or Arabic is advantageous. This role will require someone with outstanding interpersonal and intercultural skills who can work collaboratively with all Stakeholders, as well as work well under pressure in a busy environment.
