Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Beauty Trainer - Qatar

- Report to regional training department any key information on market trends
- Deliver reports after the trainings and market visits to the regional trainers
- Share training experiences & best practices.
- Monitor and organize Market certification on levels to reach regional certification target.
- Analyze improvement needs, and provide individualized feedback and actions plan for to team.
- Share with Regional training department on market strength and improvement areas
- Elevate Team make up skills and artistry through training, evaluation & special focus dedicated to trends per level.
- Detect the high potential Makeup Artists and propose action plan to develop their career path.
- Participate in major events and in-store activities.
- Attend all relevant company events and opportunities.
- Create, communicate, coordinate & implement the training calendar for the year
- Provide training to the shop floor team by employing advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques.
- Provide specific training tools for retail, department stores distribution channels, in line with the Marketing plan (product launches agenda, focus...)
- Research and gather materials, and work in collaboration with Regional Training teams in the delivery of training materials
- Acquire product knowledge of new products and train the teams accordingly.
- Deliver brand awareness at the front liners level across all points of sale.
- Gather feedback from the participants and concerned supervisors, to assess the effectiveness of the training and its impact on the participants
- Conduct evaluations on the Learners and effectiveness of the learning materials and approaches
- Recommend new learning materials and approaches to support the business needs



Requirements

- Strong experience in sales and training in the cosmetics and make up business.
- Strong Makeup skill
- Flexible and agile
- Strong public speaking skills and leadership
- Analytical and Creative
- Good level of English and Arabic (written, oral)
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
