Branch Manager (Qatari National)

Charterhouse is working with a leading Qatari bank who offers a full range of services across private, retail and corporate banking. Our client is looking to hire a Qatari Branch Manager (Qatari National) .

This role will report directly to the Head of Retail Banking. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the branch by ensuring high quality customer service and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving the branch's overall sales targets and retail banking revenues.

Requirements

Additional accountabilities will include managing journals, maintaining accounts, customer growth and service as well as branch operations, reports and people management. You will also implement policies and procedures.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail banking. Our client has stated a requirement for a Qatari national for this role.
